How do Pre-Orders Work?
As a small business we cant possibly keep each of our gorgeous curated pieces in every colour variant and size so we then offer these on a Pre-Order basis. Popular items or Wardrobe Staple pieces we do hold in current stock in a number of colours and sizes. We encourage you to get in touch with any questions around your order,

How it Works?
If you have ordered one of our pieces and it is on Pre-Order depending on when you have made your order in line with our next delivery is how long your delivery will take. This can be between 1-3 weeks. Our best advice is to get in touch to find out when our next delivery is expected. If you have a special piece you would like for a special event please plan ahead and order in good time.
How it Works?
We do hold quite a lot of our popular in demand pieces in current stock, along with all year round wardrobe staples such has Co-Ord's, Leggings, Hoodies ect. If you order a piece that is in current stock these will be shipped between 1-2 days where possible excluding Bank Holidays.

What is our return policy?
We are sorry to hear you would like to return your item to us. We do expect returns that adhere to the following:
If your item is a pre-ordered in a specific size and that size does not fit we will not offer a refund as all pre-order items are paid up front. If you have a sizing query please drop us an email or message.
Faulty Items-the return must be within 14days of receipt of your order, if 14 days passes unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
Exchange of Size- Current Stock Pieces-The item/s must return back to us in an unused condition.
Sale items can not be refunded.
We will not pay for return postage, we do recommend if you choose to return an item you send the item/s tracked. We will not refund 'lost' items.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds on delayed Pre-Order Items. These items are paid upfront and on a few occasions there maybe delivery variables we can not control as a lot of our pieces are selected from Overseas.

We will then provide the return address we do not provide returns postage costs
Once your return is received and we fully happy we have received the item/s back in the condition it/they were sent we will email you to let you know we have received your return item.
Your refund will then be processed.
Here at Quinn&Bros we will only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged on arrival.
Should you have any further issue such as sizing please do get in touch via email or direct messenger and we will do our best to help.
Quinn&Bros have selected brands worldwide and because of this sizing may vary. I have selected brands and with my knowledge of high-street sizing we have been able to offer average sizing and labelled them as so. If you have questions regarding sizes please do get in touch and we will be happy to help and offer our opinion, we know at Quinn&Bros age/size varies from child to child.
